Delivery options
DPD Next Working Day β our premium service. Fully tracked, with a one-hour
delivery window sent straight to your phone and plenty of options if you're not going to be in.
This is what we use for anything urgent or fragile. Β£7.95.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 β next working day, fully tracked. A lighter-touch
alternative to DPD for smaller orders that still need to land tomorrow. Β£3.95.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 β two to three working days, fully tracked. A good middle
ground when you don't need it tomorrow but still want a firm delivery window. Β£3.50.
Evri Economy β one to four working days, fully tracked. Designed to keep costs
down on smaller orders when speed isn't the priority.

Cut-off and dispatch
We pack Monday to Friday. Orders in before 4pm ship the same day. Orders after 4pm on Friday and before 4pm on Monday go out on Monday. We don't ship on UK bank holidays.
A few things worth knowing
- Some parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands take a little longer than the headline transit times above. Same applies to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands during busy periods.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 has Sunday delivery exclusions for a handful of postcode areas (mostly Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man). If you're in one of those areas and select Tracked 24 on a Saturday, delivery will be the next available working day rather than Sunday.
- If you need something specific, whether that's a timed delivery, a Saturday, or a large consignment on a pallet, drop us a line before you order and we'll sort it.
